His career is rooted in digital payments and financial services, where he served as Manager then Africa Director at international payment players, notably at Neosurf Card.
That experience gave him a rare reading of African payment dynamics — mobile money, prepaid cards, banking escrow, cash alternatives — and of how financial flows actually structure trade, banking inclusion and the continent's digital economy.
Strategy, communication & marketing
Beyond financial mechanics, Gonzaque has built genuine expertise in commercial strategy, communication and marketing, which he deploys both on his own ventures and in advisory engagements.
Bilingual French-English, he masters the art of positioning a brand, structuring a narrative, building an investment case and aligning teams around measurable objectives. His deliverables — pitch decks, business plans, websites, commercial contracts — stand out for their legal precision and visual rigor.

For over a decade he has founded and led several African companies, with a consistent logic: making international intellectual property and local operations speak to one another.
His group is structured today around Goldenseal OÜ (Estonia), the international holding that owns the brands and IP, overseeing a portfolio across technology, media, gaming, real estate, finance and social impact.
Among his flagship projects today are Nawo AI, Nala Coach, Notedias and Kadoma, alongside several other initiatives in development.
